Ryall and Smyth Architects was formed in 2001 by Mark Ryall and Troy Smyth from humble beginnings and partnership working on small domestic residential projects.

Since 2001, the practice has evolved from these small projects to encompass a wide variety of successful projects involved everything from initial concept and advice, feasibilities right through to documentation, approval / project management and administration of projects upwards to $25 million.

The ongoing loyalty of the client relationships the company formed over the years continues to be a strength providing new and unique opportunities and projects.

Our ongoing commitment to personal and quality services, a passion for the care of our clients and the benefits of business longevity, coupled with learning and adaptation to our clients needs and project delivery styles, has ensured that we still work with some of our original clients through to today.

This provides us the opportunities to be constantly exposed to every aspect of the process from dealing with government entities, local authorities project consultants, approval bodies, associated authorities and most importantly the people and personalities involved.

All this is achieved with the direct involvement of Directors and Lead Architect in each project to ensure a holistic understanding of each client, project and member of the delivery teams involved.

We can do as little as provide ideas, knowledge and experience, to design and documentation and ongoing services right through to construction administration and project management with each step approaching personal way not just a process.
